This phase 2 trial tests two experimental drugs, BGB-16673 and sonrotoclax, given together for a limited time in 40 people with untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). The goal is to see if the combination is safe and can control the disease. Participants take both drugs by mouth, and the study will monitor side effects and how well the leukemia responds.
