Summary
This study surveys doctors and nurses to understand how they decide to refer people with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) to specialists. The goal is to find differences in care across the West Midlands region and suggest ways to make referrals fairer for all patients. About 130 healthcare professionals will take part.
