Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug combination (ceralasertib plus acalabrutinib) in 12 people with high-risk chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) that has come back or not responded to prior treatments. The main goal is to check safety and find the right dose. Participants must have tried at least one prior therapy and have no other standard options left.
