Summary
This study aims to see if a special brochure helps patients communicate better with their doctors about clinical trials. About 293 adult patients with cancer, heart disease, or neurological disorders will receive the brochure and answer surveys about their confidence, knowledge, and trust before and after clinic visits. The goal is to learn if this tool makes it easier for patients to discuss and understand trial opportunities.
