Summary

This study looked at whether clinical Pilates exercises can improve balance and walking in people who use a leg prosthesis after an amputation. 30 volunteers who had their amputation at least 6 months ago took part. The goal was to see if Pilates could help with common problems like poor coordination and unsteady walking.
