Summary
This study looks at how three common drugs (itraconazole, fluconazole, and efavirenz) change the way clifutinib works in the body. It involves 80 healthy adults who will take clifutinib alone or with one of the other drugs. The goal is to measure drug levels and check for side effects, helping doctors understand safe dosing.
