New program helps caregivers of kids with CP regain life balance

Summary
This study tested an 8-week client-centered occupational therapy program for 34 caregivers of children with cerebral palsy. The program helped caregivers set goals, plan their time, and balance daily activities. Results showed improvements in daily life balance and activity performance, and reduced caregiving-related difficulties.
