Summary
This study looks at how three different ways of cleaning clear aligners affect the bacteria in the mouth and gum health. Twenty-one adults will try each method for one month: brushing with toothpaste, using a special mouthwash, or using an oxygen-based cleaner. The goal is to see which method best prevents early signs of gum disease and plaque buildup.
