Summary
This study tested a school-based program called "Claudia Carraro" to help teens improve their body image and adopt healthier lifestyles. Over 1,200 high school students took part, with some schools receiving the program and others serving as a waiting list. Results were measured after 24 weeks using questionnaires about eating habits and physical activity.
