New hope for Hard-to-Treat lymphoma: Three-Drug combo enters early trials

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new combination of three drugs—lisaftoclax, chidamide, and rituximab—in adults with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to prior treatments. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the combination can shrink tumors. About 51 participants will take part, and the study is not yet recruiting.
