Summary
This study will follow 300 adults with chronic kidney disease to see how well a urine test can detect early signs of kidney damage and track disease progression. Researchers will also observe how common medications called SGLT2 inhibitors (like empagliflozin) affect kidney function over time. No new treatments are given—participants continue their usual care.
