First seen Dec 29, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This phase 3 trial tests whether a new combination drug (CKD-202A, containing sacubitril and valsartan) is better than the standard drug valsartan alone at lowering blood pressure in adults with essential hypertension. About 324 participants will receive either the new combo or the standard pill. The main goal is to see if the combo provides superior 24-hour blood pressure control.
