Summary

This study tests whether using a smartphone app that tracks your natural sleep-wake pattern (chronotype) and suggests when to do tasks can improve well-being in college students. About 400 UC San Diego undergraduates will use the app for seven weeks. Researchers will measure changes in happiness, focus, energy, and mindfulness.
