Summary

This study tests a virtual reality (VR) headset that uses circadian reset technology to improve sleep and reduce binge eating in 40 adults with binge eating disorder. Participants use the headset for 10 minutes twice daily for one month. Researchers will compare changes in binge eating frequency and sleep quality between the active and control groups.
