First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tests whether giving anesthesia drugs in personalized, adjusted doses (instead of fixed doses) can reduce dangerously low blood pressure during laparoscopic abdominal surgery in people aged 65 and older. About 500 participants will receive either the adjusted or standard dosing of ciprofol and remifentanil. The goal is to find a safer anesthesia method for older adults.
