New combo therapy aims to boost arm movement in kids with cerebral palsy

Summary

This study tests whether adding electrical stimulation to a movement therapy helps children with cerebral palsy improve arm and hand function. 46 children aged 3 to 15 will receive either the combined therapy or movement therapy alone for 6 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in arm movement, muscle tightness, and daily living skills.
