Summary
This early-phase study tests the safety of giving special immune cells (CIML NK cells) along with a standard drug (venetoclax) to adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The treatment aims to help the body's natural killer cells fight leukemia more effectively. About 10 participants will receive the cell infusion after a short chemotherapy course, and researchers will monitor side effects and leukemia clearance.
