First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tests a special type of immune cell (CIML NK cells) combined with a low dose of IL-2 in people whose blood cancer (AML, MDS, MPN, or JMML) has returned after a stem cell transplant. The main goal is to find the safest dose and see if it can put the cancer back into remission. The study includes both adults and children aged 12 and older.
