Summary
This study tests a single injection of CIL001 into the ear to repair hearing damage caused by type 2 diabetes. The treatment aims to improve the ability to understand speech in noisy environments. About 135 adults aged 45-75 with type 2 diabetes and hearing loss will participate. The main goal is to check safety and measure how well the treatment works.
