First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tests two different doses of an intravenous immune globulin (IGIV 10%) as maintenance therapy for adults with chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP), a nerve disorder causing weakness and numbness. About 161 participants will receive either a higher or lower dose for 24 weeks to see which better improves disability scores. The goal is to find a safe, effective dose to control the disease long-term.
