Faith and food fight high blood pressure in black communities
NCT ID NCT05220332
Summary
This study tests whether a church-based program can help African Americans better manage high blood pressure. Over 300 participants with uncontrolled blood pressure will receive support through Bible studies, healthy eating guidance, and community encouragement. The program aims to lower blood pressure through lifestyle changes rather than just medication.
