Summary
This study tested whether Chuna manual therapy (a type of hands-on treatment) can reduce period pain compared to standard physical therapy. Thirty women with moderate-to-severe menstrual cramps took part. The goal was to see if Chuna offers better pain relief and improves daily well-being during their periods.
