Summary
This study tested if Chuna manual therapy, a hands-on treatment, is better than standard physical therapy at reducing menstrual pain. It involved 30 women with regular, painful periods who were randomly assigned to receive one of the two treatments. The goal was to see which approach was more effective and safe for easing this common discomfort.
