Summary

This study tests whether adding chronotherapy—a combination of sleep deprivation, sleep schedule changes, and light therapy—to standard depression care can relieve symptoms within one week. 76 adults with moderate to severe depression will be randomly assigned to receive either chronotherapy plus usual care or usual care alone. The goal is to see if this approach works faster than standard treatments.
