First seen Mar 30, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study looks at two different manual therapy techniques—Mulligan joint mobilization and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization—to see which one works better for people with chronic neck pain. Forty adults aged 18 to 65 who have had neck pain for at least three months will receive 12 treatment sessions over four weeks. Researchers will measure pain, neck awareness, and daily function before and after treatment.
