Summary
This study will screen 3,000 adults at a large hospital to find out how many have chronic kidney disease, especially those who don't know it yet. Participants are over 50, or over 18 with conditions like diabetes or high blood pressure. The goal is to measure how common the disease is and how often it goes undiagnosed.
