Summary

This study is testing whether joining a community choir can help people with long-term speech difficulties after a stroke. Fifty participants will either attend 12 weekly choir sessions with home practice or continue with their usual care. Researchers will measure changes in communication ability, language skills, and overall well-being to see if singing provides a meaningful benefit.
