behavioral intervention (handwashing with soap, water treatment, safe water storage)
What this could lead to
If successful, this program could reduce cholera infections and diarrheal disease in high-risk communities in Bangladesh.
What could go wrong
This is a behavioral intervention, so results depend on people following the program long-term. The trial is still recruiting and outcomes are measured by observation and self-report, which may not be fully accurate.
