Summary
This study aims to find out if people can tell whether they received a real or a fake chiropractic spinal adjustment. Sixty healthy participants will receive two sessions of either real or simulated treatment. Researchers will also measure participants' heart activity and walking patterns before and after the sessions to see if any changes occur.
