Summary
This study will follow 80 adults with IgA nephropathy who are prescribed iptacopan or atrasentan as part of their routine care. Researchers will collect data on patient characteristics, treatment patterns, and health outcomes over 24 months. The goal is to better understand how these drugs work in everyday practice and to combine findings with global data for stronger insights.
