Summary
This study will follow 80 adults with IgA nephropathy who are prescribed iptacopan or atrasentan in routine care. Researchers will collect data on patient characteristics, treatment patterns, and kidney health over 24 months. The goal is to learn how these drugs work in real-world settings and to combine findings with global data for stronger insights.
