NCT ID NCT03402139

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study looks at why some babies who had restricted growth in the womb are more likely to become obese children. Researchers will study immune cells from 400 newborns to see if certain DNA changes affect growth. The goal is to understand the early programming of obesity, not to test a treatment.
