Summary
This study tests if a school-based program using a WeChat platform can help prevent excessive weight gain in children aged 7-10 in Beijing. About 1,400 kids will take part, with half receiving health lessons, more physical activity, and parent support via the app. The goal is to see if this approach leads to healthier BMI and habits over two years.
