Summary
This early-stage study tests a new extended-release tablet that combines two diabetes drugs (Chiglitazar and Metformin) in 28 healthy Chinese adults. The goal is to see how a high-fat meal changes drug levels and how the body processes the drug after multiple doses. Participants will not receive any treatment for diabetes, and the study focuses on safety and drug behavior, not on curing or controlling the disease.
