Summary

This study tests a new drug combination for people aged 70 and older who have a specific type of aggressive lymphoma (DLBCL) that has not been treated before. Participants receive a targeted drug (chidamide) plus a reduced-dose chemotherapy, followed by maintenance therapy with chidamide and an antibody. The goal is to see if this approach helps control the disease longer without severe side effects.
