Summary
This study tested a 12-month program to help Latina teenagers who are not very active get more exercise. The program included one-on-one coaching, a personalized website, text messages, a Fitbit, and an Instagram account. The goal was to see if this approach increased their weekly moderate-to-vigorous physical activity compared to just giving them a Fitbit.
