Summary
This study tests a new drug called chiauranib combined with two standard chemotherapies as a first treatment for people with advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if this combination can slow cancer growth and improve outcomes. About 42 adults aged 18-75 are participating.
