Summary

This study looks at whether special chest exercises can improve lung function and exercise ability in university students who smoke. Researchers will compare two types of exercises in 30 students aged 18-24 who have smoked for at least 2 years. The goal is to see if these exercises can help counteract some of the negative effects of smoking on breathing and physical fitness.
