Summary
This study aims to create and test a program called WISH to help oncology nurses follow safety guidelines when handling chemotherapy drugs. The program includes online training and group discussions about exposure incidents. Researchers will test it with 60 nurses to see if it is practical and helpful. The goal is to reduce nurses' exposure to these hazardous drugs.
