Summary
This study tests whether giving chemotherapy plus an immunotherapy drug before surgery can help people with locally advanced colon cancer. About 56 adults with a specific type of colon cancer will receive the treatment and then have standard surgery. The main goal is to see if this approach leads to no cancer remaining at the time of surgery and improves long-term survival.
