Lung cancer trial: could adding immunotherapy before surgery boost remission?

Summary
This study tests whether giving chemotherapy plus immunotherapy before surgery works better than chemotherapy alone for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that can still be removed. About 90 patients will take part. The main goal is to see if the combined treatment leads to no cancer remaining in the lung or lymph nodes at the time of surgery.
