First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding bevacizumab to standard chemotherapy before surgery can improve outcomes for people with early or locally advanced HER2-negative breast cancer. About 75 adults will receive the combination, and researchers will measure how many achieve a complete response (no cancer left in the breast tissue). The goal is to improve tumor shrinkage and breast conservation rates while monitoring side effects.
