Tooth infection healing: which cleaner works best?

Summary
This study looks at two different rinsing solutions used during root canal treatment for teeth with long-term infection. The goal is to see which solution helps the bone around the tooth heal better and causes less pain afterward. 63 healthy adults with infected front or premolar teeth are taking part, and healing is checked with X-rays after one year.
