First seen Apr 09, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tests whether natural extracts like chamomile and valerian can reduce dental anxiety in healthy children aged 6 to 10 who need a tooth pulled. Kids will get one of the herbs or a placebo before the procedure, and their anxiety will be measured using special scales and heart rate. The goal is to find a safe, easy way to help children feel less scared at the dentist.
