Summary
This study compares using a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) periodically versus traditional finger-prick testing in 400 adults with type 2 diabetes. The goal is to see if CGM leads to better blood sugar control and improved patient well-being during doctor visits. Participants must have a smartphone and some experience with self-monitoring.
