Summary

This study tested whether personalized, automatic coaching messages based on continuous glucose monitor readings and mood can improve blood sugar control in adults with insulin-treated type 2 diabetes. 46 participants received these messages over 12 weeks. The goal was to see if this approach helps patients spend more time in their target blood sugar range and feel more satisfied with their treatment.
