First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 02, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests a virus-based drug called CG0070 in 20 people with intermediate-risk bladder cancer that has not invaded the muscle. After surgery to remove visible tumors, patients receive CG0070 to see if it is safe and can help prevent the cancer from coming back. The main goal is to check for side effects, while also tracking how many patients remain cancer-free for up to two years.
