New pill targets rare gene in Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary

This study tests a new drug, CG001419, in adults with advanced solid tumors that have a specific change in the NTRK gene. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 42 people will take the drug by mouth until their cancer gets worse.
