Summary
This study tests an experimental oral drug, cemsidomide (CFT7455), in adults with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma or multiple myeloma that has returned or stopped responding to treatment. The main goals are to check the drug's safety and find the best dose, while also seeing if it can shrink tumors. About 224 participants will receive the drug alone or with dexamethasone (for myeloma only).
