Summary
This study looked at how well children with cystic fibrosis (CF) and primary ciliary dyskinesia (PCD) can exercise, and how their muscles use oxygen. Researchers measured walking distance, muscle oxygen levels, and breathing strength in 88 children aged 6 to 18. The goal was to better understand the differences between these two genetic lung diseases.
